Booth 12 Recap: The Baddest Bartender in the Bay 2026

A day for the people who keep Tampa Bay running
On July 27, Burley Sells Florida set up at Booth 12 for the Baddest Bartender in the Bay 2026 at the Egypt Shrine Event Center in Tampa. Bartenders, servers, bar owners, and hospitality crews from across the Bay competed, networked, and showed out. Being an Official Partner of this event was an easy yes: real estate runs on relationships, and nobody builds relationships like hospitality people.

The conversation that kept coming up
All day, the same question in different words: "Can someone like me actually buy a house on tips?" Short answer: tip income can count toward mortgage qualification when it is properly documented. If you work in hospitality and assumed homeownership was out of reach because of how you get paid, you may qualify for more than you think. Talk to a licensed lender early, confirm current program terms, and let's run your real numbers. I am a licensed real estate agent, not a lender, so nothing here is a loan offer, but I will happily point you to people who close these loans every week.

If we met at Booth 12
Thank you for stopping by. If you scanned the code, you already know where to find me. If you grabbed a card and are just now looking me up: welcome. Start here, see what is on the market, or just say hello.
And to the organizers and every competitor: that was a great room. See you next year.
