What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (Start Your Move, Home Match, home valuation, giveaway entry, or contact), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and any details about your real estate goals - such as a property address, budget, preferred areas, or timeline.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and helping with your real estate needs. That includes calling, texting, or emailing you back, sending you home matches or valuation information you requested, and following up on your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Web3Forms, a form-processing service. If you were referred through our marketing systems, your inquiry may also be logged in our customer-relationship tools so we can follow up properly. These providers process your data only to deliver it to us.

These tools may set cookies and collect standard usage data like pages visited and approximate location. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
