Why This Partnership
Real estate runs on relationships - and so does the hospitality industry. The bartenders and servers competing at this event are part of a 60K+ member community that shows up for Tampa Bay every day. Supporting them isn't a marketing angle; it's showing up for the people who show up for everyone else.
Good to know: tip income can count toward mortgage qualification when it's properly documented. If you work in hospitality and think homeownership isn't in reach because of how you're paid, that's a conversation worth having.
